Delivery Timeline

Typically, it takes 5 business days to dispatch the product from our end. Once dispatched, it usually takes 7 business days for delivery at your doorstep, excluding the administration process.
After your order is shipped, you will receive details of the courier company, along with a tracking number/ID. Tracking can usually be done 12 hours after the order has been dispatched.

The person receiving the order must sign the acknowledgment receipt upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, up to three more attempts will be made. The delivery agent will also contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
